Return Policy: returns are handled on a case by case basis. if you wish to return or exchange any physical or digital merchandise, please email theresa.sweetheart@gmail.com with a receipt of purchase and as many details as possible. for physical merch, returns will almost certainly not be considered if the item is in bad enough condition such that i could not resell it.
